Description of Instructional Design Strategies

The main strategies I'll be using within the course are to have students open minded and more than willing to participate while obtaining the information being taught. New efforts will be applied to making the lesson as interactive as possible so that students won't be bored or overwhelmed with the new information. The content is organized in this particular way because it will ease the student into what's what while slowly developing their own strategies to build a strong team. The collaborative aspect of this lesson involves polls, chats and many visuals in the power points to show students exactly what is being discussed. Real world scenarios will be implemented to give students a better grasp of the lesson where comparisons can be made.
