Jared Frisby - Features within Adobe Connect

My presentation will be on recording podcast interviews at a distance. I plan on using the following features of Adobe Connect during Project 3:

• Audio and video of the presenter - I will facilitate the discussion
• Chat - Participants will be able to type questions and comments during the lesson
• Microphone sharing - Participants will, when given speaking rights, be able to use their microphones to participate during the lesson
• Whiteboard - I will take notes during Exercise 1 and Exercise 2 of the lesson
• Polling - Two introductory questions will be asked to learn the audience's former experience with recording interviews at a distance
• Screen sharing – A short demonstration of recording and editing a podcast will be presented
• Media playback - Due to technical limitations within Adobe Connect, it will be impossible to demonstrate all aspects of the solution. Sharing audio files will compensate for this.
• Powerpoint slides - A few slides will be used for the Introduction and Conclusion of the lesson
