I will use the following pods:
• Camera – titled as “Your Coach: Steve Corbett”
• Attendee List – renamed to “Participants”
• Notes – titled as “Agenda and Objectives” or “List of Options”
• Share – titled as “Learning Area”
• Chat – titled as “Football Offense 101 Chat” or “[Insert team name] Chat”
• Poll – hidden

There will be two layouts (please see attached PDF):

Main Meeting Room
This layout ensures the content is centered and the chat discussions are at eye level for the facilitator and participants. The room will be the same layout regardless if the presentation is being shared, a video is being shared, or a whiteboard is being used. The room was set up this way based on basic left-to-right presentation principles which recommend that the facilitator be to the left of the content being presented and less critical items being placed to the right (i.e. the attendee pod).

Breakout room
This layout is consistent with the main meeting room from a design perspective with minor changes made to some pods. The list of players and offense characteristics will be on the left. Chat discussions are at eye level and a whiteboard is available for use in the collaboration activity.
